under These circumstances you can't review anything good. the Bath was nice, yes.. the furniture is not bad, but we couldn't enjoy.

So...don't rent this Apartment! it has a good location, yes...but the apartment is full of mold (Schimmel), nearly every wall and ceiling, only the Bath seemed to be new. you can smell the humidity, our clothes were not dry anymore after laying out for one night. on the pictures it seems to be bright and full of windows, but there is only one, and the Apartment is dark. there are 2 rooms laying behind without window, the last one is the bathroom. you will never get these rooms dry! we left it before our checkout date, but till now we got no answer to our complain, no help from the agency and no money back. this is a rip-off!

The location was good. It was easy to reach with public transport.

The floors, kitchen utensils, and cutlery were dirty. The electric kettle was broken. There's only one glass door in the kitchen. There are no windows resulting in extreme humidity as a result of the bathroom and people inside. The level of customer service by the rental agency was shocking.

It was a cozzy apartment very comfortable and with all the facilities near it. Very clean and the position it's 10 minutes from the Pisa tower. I was with my parents and my son and it was the right place to stay.

there were mosquitoes but the staff had left spray and they had no problems with them.

Owner was super responsive and kind when we needed help, even during late hours of the day. Flat was super clean and well-equipped. Location is great, very close to the tower and fairly close to bus stops and Pisa Central Station and the airport. Location was also very safe and secure.

Reception was not great, making it difficult to make phonecalls.

Great location, very close to the main attractions, city center, bus stops or a walk to the train station. -Nice and helpful service. -Comfortable check-in and check-out (check-in possible at earlier hours after arrangement). -Big, comfortable bathroom. -Necessary cutlery and dishes in the kitchen. -Well-functioning wi-fi.

Poor ventilation in the apartment, there is only one window. -Due to poor ventilation, the air in the apartment is heavy and smells bad. -Dirty and neglected walls. -Kettle broken (you have to insert and remove the plug from the socket). -Air conditioning does not work properly. -Despite what you can see in the photos in the ad, the apartment is dark (one window). -Very hotel-like conditions, everything is very modestly separated (soap, liquids, toilet paper).

Only location is very good, close to Pisa Tower, centre and bus stop.

To collect the keys you have to go to the other end of the city. The apartment is renoveted, but terrible humid. It was hard to breathe. The bedding and clothes were wet. Air conditionig does'nt working. Only one window and when you open them, lots of mosquitoes will come. In the kitchen mold on dishes in the cupboard, no dish dryer, no wine opener. For two person for 4 days only one microscopic soap and microscopic shower gel. The photos on booking are very bright, in reality it is a very dark apartment.
