- No smoking! Penalty for smoking inside the property and closer than 33 ft from the building entrance - 100 EUR. - Pets are allowed in Superior, Deluxe and Suite rooms. Pets are not allowed in Budget, Standard and Double or Twin rooms. - Check-in is from 15:00. Earlier check-in can be requested for additional fee 20 EUR. It should be requested at least 24 hours before the arrival time. - ⁠Check-out is by 11:00AM. Later check-out can be requested for additional fee 20 EUR. - All questions and requests should be sent by a message on WhatsApp (+371 2241 8080) or Booking.com - ⁠Housekeeping is possible for reservations for 3 or more nights. You need to request housekeeping via a message on WhatsApp or Booking.com. Please indicate if any consumable refills or change of towels/bed linen is needed. - ⁠Make sure to keep your room card away from your phone. Take both room cards with you at all times.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
