Tres bien placé. Probablement bruyant en saison (quartier restaurant et bars). 4eme étage (ascenseur jusqu'au 3eme), belle vue, superbe petite terrasse. Appartement bien équipé.

L'accueil est limite. Le drap pour le canapé n'était pas là. 5eulement la couette, sa housse et un coussin et sa housse. Signalé par message vocal, le soir même. Message resté sans réponse. Nous avons trouvé le lendemain soir, des draps sur la table de la salle a manger, déposés en notre absence (curieux non ?). Au moment du départ ce matin, la porte de la chambre, (bloquée) ne s'ouvrait plus sur le couloir. Heureusement nos affaires n'y étaient plus. J'ai Appelé le concierge pour l'informer à 10H10, pas de réponse... donc j'ai laissé en SMS, resté sans réponse jusqu'a 21H ce soir, alors que nous venions d'arriver à Paris...Bref, le service de conciergerie n'est pas en adéquation avec la qualité de l'appartement.

Fantastic location, great roof terrace and well equipped kitchen

The bedding was really poor quality, the duvet was worn and the duvet cover zip broken, the pillows were old. No welcome pack as suggested, no cleaning products provided. For the price charged I would have expected better quality furnishings and basic essentials provided as we have had in other properties we have rented in Madeira for less cost.

Appartement super agréable, avec petite terrasse offrant une vue sur la mer et la ville, très bien situé et doté d'une place de parking. Autant dire, un camp de base vraiment idéal pour découvrir l'île ! Vraiment enchantés de notre location.

The stay went great! A representative clarified exact time of our arrival and was waiting for us near the building. The apartment looks the same as shown in the photo - clean, bright, spacious, with the balcony and amazing city and sea view. Excellent location, close to the center and public transportation. Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with a bunch of essentials. I would add a couple of extra garbage bags and a second bottle of soap in the bathroom. Everything else was just perfect! Thanks!
