Great location. Very quiet, but lively night vibe down at the end of the block on Brady St. The building is so well constructed that sound does not carry. We had neighbors on both sides, above, and below; and we never heard any of them. It was so peaceful that I will recommend to anyone that asks.

Honestly, the apartment overall was clean, but the shower needed attention. Soap scum had built up on tile and various surfaces. It just needed a deep cleaning with steam. It wasn’t “dirty” per se, it was just unsightly and was a blemish on an otherwise wonderful place.

"Never booking again"

Tried changing me an additional cleaning fee and the cleaning fee is in the total I had pictures of things broke before me and sent them to him same day but trying to charge me . I have two younger kids was threatening me to put me out if they didn’t quite down

"We had a wonderful time!"

Building was nice and brand new. The apartment itself was comfortable and well appointed. Location was great near Brady street, but far enough away that it was quiet at night.

Street parking was tough to find a spot close by later into the evening, but wasn't totally unexpected considering the location.

New apartment, new building

Be aware. Apartment that we received is not the one on the pictures, I wouldn’t take apartment with no window in bedroom.
