La Perla di Bari - Private Parking

La Perla di Bari ist eine tolle und sichere Wohnung, um Bari und auch umliegende Städte zu besuchen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und echt gut eingerichtet. Alles nötige war da, vom Föhn und Handtüchern bis hin zur Kücheneinrichtung. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Auch das Bett war ganz gemütlich. Besonders passend war die Lage in Bari. Man braucht ca. 10-13 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof und trotzdem ist es in der Seitenstraße recht ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen.

Zur Zeit befindet sich eine Baustelle gegenüber der Wohnung. Allerdings sind die Fenster gut schalldicht, sodass es zumindest in der Wohnung nicht gestört hat :) sonst gibt es keine Mankos.

엄청 친절하시고 숙소 위치도 좋아요. 컴팩트한 크기에 주방이나 세탁기가 있어서 지내기 좋았습니다.

주변에 공사중이어서 소음이 약간 있었지만 공사 끝나면 사라지는거라서..

A acomodação decorada de muito bom gosto, infraestrutura para cozinhar e tomar café da manhã com cápsulas ofertadas pelo Franco. Localizada a 1,5 km de Bari Vecchia. Chuveiro muito bom. Mercado perto. Apesar de não termos utilizado, tem vaga de estacionamento no próprio local com taxa de 15 euros a diária.

O ponto negativo foi a cama montada em uma estrutura a 1,70 de altura que dificulta a entrada e saída e o perigo de cair!!!! Oferece também um sofá cama como opção, mas extremamente desconfortável. Já tínhamos a visto a cama nas fotos, mas na realidade é bem assustadora.

There were some issues with communication and check-in that left us disappointed on our first evening in Bari. The host had mistakenly noted the wrong check-in time, so we weren’t sure where to go after a full day of traveling, which was stressful in the evening. We also kind of felt blamed for the whole situation before the host realized it was his mistake

Студиото беше удобно и чисто.Имаше всичко необходимо за едно домакинство.Локацията е много добра, има супер маркети, кафетерии на няколко минути пеша.Гарата и центъра също са на около 15-20 Мин.Има въртешен паркинг който можеш да ползваш срещу 15 евро на ден,което е добра цена понеже на около под 20 евро нямаше.Домакинът беше много отзивчив и гостоприемен.Беше ни оставил достатъчно кафе и вода за престоя,което ни направи също добро впечатление.

Spațiul destul de mic. Nu este un apartament, ci o singură cameră practic, unde canapeaua extinsă pe lângă că este destul de incomodă, blocheaza mare parte din "apartament".

Emplacement : 10 min de la gare et du centre, 3 minutes de la mer, la salle de bain, le balcon, la cuisine équipée, le lit confortable
