Luxurious Escape in Uluwatu - Ocean Villa with 5 BR and private Pool

Die Unterkunft war absolut nicht was es auf booking.com zeigt. Die Unterkunft war voll mit Insekten wie Ameisen, Spinnen und andere kleine Insekten. Ich hab mehrmals die Dame gebeten es zu säubern. Die hat sich geweigert weil sie meinte Insekten im haus zu haben bringe Glück und weil sie muslim ist will sie nicht Insekten umbringen.

Das war Wasser war TOTAL kalt!!! Die haben KEIN warmes Wasser gehabt. Ich bin geschockt. Bett würde nicht neu bezogen. Auf dem Bett waren Tiere. das haus ist total alles schlecht!!!!!

The villa was perfect with amazing views and everything you needed for a wonderful holiday. Fatima and her team were so kind and caring and went above and beyond to look after us throughout our stay. They cooked us some delicious meals that were beautifully presented. They were always on hand to help us with anything we needed including transport, grocery shopping etc. The villa had everything we needed and was so spacious and well planned out. The outdoor area was perfect with plenty of sitting areas and the pool has a paddling area attached to the large pool which was perfect for the younger children in our group. We spent so much time in there and the views just topped it off. We had an amazing holiday and can’t thank Fatima and her team enough for taking such good care of us.

I was disappointed with my stay. The property is poorly maintained and quite dirty. The windows, curtains, and kitchen cabinets appear to have not been cleaned in a long time, and there were ants all over the place. Additionally, we didn't receive room cleaning or fresh towels unless we followed up ourselves. There was also no coffee available. It's unfortunate because the house itself has a lot of potential, but it clearly needs better care and attention.

Great pool, amazing space, superb staff and great food.

Nice big villa, big swimming pool Big rooms, Awesome staff. Food can be cooked for you by their staff, which we did a few times.

Only 1 thing I could fault was aircon in some rooms was weak needs better unit. And possibly filter changed.
