No breakfast. Apartment was nice and clean

Location was noisy, construction and there was no mention of it when booking. The fact that there was no backup power left me cold and with my arthritis it made it worse. No empathy from reception. I had the worst experience ever, it felt like a dessert and could not wait for the next morning to leave.
