Charme on the Bridge - City Center

Good location- the best pillows I have ever slept on! Please tell me the make of the pillow in the main bedroom if you stay there!

Difficult to understand the actual apartment- no microwave.

It was spacious. Mattresses comfortable. Good electric shutters at windows. Secure building

It was trial & error getting things working, like the hob ( which needed matches ) the oven and dishwasher. It would have been useful to have instructions to use them and instructions for rubbish etc. There wasn’t even 1 bin bag or washing liquid at sink. We were also short of towels and a second bath mat for second bathroom. I messaged to ask if we could have another mat and a second key as my daughter and I wanted some separate time out and about, but I got no response. However they managed to message on last day to remind you to clean up kitchen otherwise they charge 30 euros. Also, crockery and cooking pots and pans need replenishing.

The apartment has a really great location - you can walk to all the sights but at the same time the apartment is in a quiet street. The apartment was clean and very well equipped.

The apartment is beautiful and its location is just perfect (7-10 minutes walk to Arena di Verona). It has everything you need and more. The apartment was spacious, clean and beds comfortable. Staff was very helpful and always online to help. Perfectly safe and secure area

The host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed information that was extremely helpful in planning our stay. The apartment itself is spacious and airy, and we were pleased to find it spotlessly clean with high-quality linens and towels. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, all of which functioned perfectly and made our stay even more convenient. We loved the location! Being outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) made it easy to access by car, yet we were still within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood itself is charming, quiet, and safe. The living room was particularly comfortable and inviting, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring.

The only minor suggestion for improvement would be the beds. While comfortable enough, their quality seemed a little below the standard of the rest of the apartment.

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and with everything needed! You feel relaxed and like home! It is also located in a very good area near the city center. Just 100 meter from the property you can find a very good supermarket with everything needed.
