The property has many tools for cooking and also a good washing machine. The property was clean and tidy. We went on winter and had no issues with the heating of the property. The beds are comfortable and there is quite some space in the apartment.

The property has 2 bathrooms, which are inside the 2 suites. If you have someone sleeping in the sofabed, it will be needed for this person to go in the suite to use the bathroom. Not a big issue if privacy is not a point in your group. One of the suites is in the basement with no doors, so any noise at the living room will be very much heard. The street is not so live, but as the room is at the street level, noise can be heard of by the trash truck or people walking across the window/door. Only the suite with the door will not have any issue with this noise
