Great location. Clean room.

Almost a 10 except for the lack of an elevator and the poorly designed AC water drain that soaks your feet when you use the toilet.

Clean, comfortable, great a/c.

Shower was cold. Shower system was modern, seemed new but seemed cheap. Fittings leaked. Sink and tub drains in 1 room were clogged and tub drain in other room was slow to drain.

Location is good. A lot of nice cafes around and pretty quiet considering the fact that it is in a city.

We did not feel comfortable at all. Firstly there was almost no cleaning done. Hairs on the floor, dust everywhere, mirror in bathroom had stains, dirty tiles . Also to notice: The bed room has no window and the windows in the bath cannot be opened. Thus, there was an unpleasant smell in the room and there is no way to ventilate.

The person at the reception/cafe was quite friendly.

Hair in the drain. Earthworms on the bathroom floor. Sink was clogged that water could not flow off. Likely pubic hair was visible on the toilet. Additional charge for credit card use.

They left the door locked for the whole night and I could not get back in. There is no management at all - it is just a cafe without any reception or whatsoever. The manager who is only reachable by phone is brutal and dishonest - she does not honor bookings and rates agreed and decides on a whim that they want to charge more. It is a scam - I spent the whole night outside and was put in a great ordeal after the manager refused to take action
