تم حجز شقه من ثلاث غرف وعند الوصول ابلغوني انها غرفتين فقط وافادوني انه بعد يومين يتوفر شقه من ثلاث غرف

الموقع ، وجود شطاف ،وغسالة ملابس

استقبال المضيفون تركونا مده طويله تحت الشمس ننتظرهم لفتح الشقه ، المصعد صغير ولا يعمل سوى بعملات نقديه ، الدخول يحتاج صعود سلالم وذلك مرهق لحمل الحقائب ، الشراشف مستهلكه وغير ملائمه ، المساحه صغيره

I contacted customer service several times and no one got back to me! The accommodation did not allow us to check in, giving all sorts of strange excuses. In the end, we wandered the streets for a long time until we found an alternative place!! The place is terrible and your service is terrible

המיקום מוצלח ליד כיכר מרכזית, יש סופר ממול הדירות היו נקיות באחת מהן אומנם ריהוט וסגנון מיושן אבל זה לא הפריע לנו היינו רק לילה אחד וקיבלנו תמורה מצויינת

הדירה היתה בקומה שניה, היה כבד לסחוב את כל המזוודות , המעלית עובדת רק עם הכנסת מטבעות, וכשהגענו בלילה עדיין לא היו לנו מטבעות

The owner cancelled on us on check in time without any further notice. Very bad I don’t recommend she doesn’t care about the costumer and didn’t even helped to find alternative accommodation. Honesty and integrity is zero.

the location is great - right next to the freedom square, the apartment was clean warm and refurbished

We could not reach the host by the phone, whats app or booking messages. It took us a few attempts to finally reach the host by calling from Georgian number. The apartment is listed as 3 bedrooms, but it has 2, and clearly does not fit well 8 people. 3 of us had to sleep on the couches, which is fine, but there were no sheets either. we had to contact the host and were instructed to go look for the sheets in the other apartments on the same floor. The parking is through the barrier, and security is not aware of the rental apartments. we had to call our host again to get us to the parking. Finally, we were able to park, check in and sleep, but it was quite challenging.
