The layout of the apartment was fabulous The location was excellent Directions and entry instructions were spot on Apartment facilities were fabulous Little touches like binoculars, games, beach equipment and basic tea/coffee etc were a pleasant surprise Close to the train station and buses

We recently stayed at this apartment in St. Ives and overall had a really lovely experience. The space itself is beautiful—bright, airy, and very spacious, with tasteful decor and a calming atmosphere. It was also exceptionally clean, which made it feel immediately comfortable and welcoming. The location was ideal for exploring St. Ives, and we appreciated the little touches that made the apartment feel like a home away from home. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the apartment. We hope to return for another visit in the future.

Large modern and comfortable apartment with lots of natural light and views of the sea. Kitchen has all you need. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. It is in walking distance of the central town area and there is dedicated parking.

Nothing really. The key secure lock box was a bit fiddly and probably needs replacing.

The apartment is in a great spot, just a few minutes from the beach (and only slightly life-threatening on the way back up... bring water and maybe a defibrillator, joking!). It's close to everything you’d want in St Ives, so no need to trek far for shops, food, or views. Inside, it’s bright, spacious, and those sea views out front are genuinely stunning. What really stood out were the little personal touches, beach towels, a mat for sandy feet, plastic cups perfect for picnics, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived (which, to be honest, instantly won us over). The place was spotless, the linens were fresh, and having two bathrooms made everything easier. There’s also a pass for the spa and gym at the Harbour Hotel nearby, and I’d definitely recommend using it, the spa is lovely and a great way to unwind (especially after the beach hill). Parking is included with one allocated space, which is gold dust in St Ives. Just make sure your car isn’t built like a tank and you’ll be fine! All in all, a great stay, comfortable, convenient, and with a few lovely surprises thrown in.

Just a small heads-up: if your car doesn’t quite fit, there is an overflow area next to the apartment, but be careful. Even with the parking pass displayed, we were still charged for using it, so it’s worth double checking with the property before parking there. Overall, it’s a lovely stay with beautiful touches, and we’d definitely go back just maybe with comfier walking shoes and slightly stronger legs.
