Nosotros estuvimos en habitación, no en apartamento. No confundirse. Bien situado , 15 min, para llegar a la isla de Ortigia. Habitación y baño modernos y limpios. Marcelo, el anfitrión, muy activo con sus informaciones por WhatsApp.

El agua de la ducha costaba regular su temperatura. Yo creo que por falta de presión en el agua caliente.Pero con el calor que hacía no se echaba mucho de menos.

Appartamento moderno, comodo e con tutti i comfort, la presenza della vasca idromassaggio ha reso il tutto ancora più interessante. Un'ottima occasione per chi vuole passare un soggiorno di pieno relax. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti da Ortigia. La gentilezza dell'host Marcello che ci ha fornito tutti i dettagli per poter visitare al meglio la città. Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornare presto! Consigliatissimo.

Nice and new place 10min walk from Ortigia island. Our host Marcello was very friendly and hospitable - he gave us tips about what to see in the city, where to eat and where to shop. We arrived before the checkin time and our room was not ready - there was a plumbing issue. However Marcello was very accommodating and upgraded us to the higher grade room free of charge.

Those who are sensitive to noise may not like that the place is right on the street with some traffic noise. The noise died down around 10-11pm though.

Location is great, 15 minutes walk to Ortiga/old town. Did not meet the owner, but he provided tips for the area in a message. Place has a modern Interieur and looks quite good.

The road notice is quite bad (earplugs were provided). I get that it is due to the location, but we didn’t expect it that loud. Water pressure in the shower was low. Have to send ID copy to a private account for contactless check in.

Stanza buia, senza finestra. Poca attenzione ai dettagli (abbiamo trovato uno spazzolino usato in un cassetto). Le lenzuola non erano perfettamente pulite (sono state cambiate successivamente). Non c’era possibilità di stendere, l’acqua della doccia (doccino che perdeva) era salata. Poco spazio per riporre i vestiti e abbiamo trovato anche diverse formiche a terra nell’area adibita a guardaroba.

Prima locatie vlakbij het haventje. Mooie kamer en badkamer, hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Onze kamer aan de straatkant was erg gehorig maar werd zonder problemen omgeruild voor een kamer aan de achterzijde. Oude centrum op loopafstand
