Obiekt ma bardzo ładny basen, który jest otoczony bardzo przyjemnym ogrodem. Miło jest spędzać czas na dobrze zorganizowanym patio czy tarasie.

Domek jest komfortowy dla dwóch osób, a nie deklarowanych czterech, ponieważ dla dwóch osób są małe, rozkładane łózka w kuchni. Jest to szczególnie ważne, gdyż jest sugestia, że obiekt jest tylko dla osób dorosłych. Nie posiada deklarowanego wyposażenia - pralki i zmywarki. Z drobiazgów - brak jest również suszarki do włosów czy na ubrania. Największym problemem jest jednak łazienka. Prysznic w obiekcie ma 30 cm szerokości. Jest oczywiście drugi, lecz na dworze i raczej może stanowić zaplecze dla basenu. Dodatkowym problemem jest fakt pobierania kaucji i braku jej rozliczenia po zakończeniu pobytu. Brak jest również odpowiedzi od zarządzającego obiektu po jego opuszczeniu.
