The One Hostel & Rooftop Bar Catba

Great stay! I really enjoyed everything, when the showers in our room were not working properly, Bi from the reception helped us even though it was late at night. Would recommend this place for everyone!

Ms. Ha Thu, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. She's a local. Ms. Ha Thu showed us places to visit on Cat Ba Island; the beaches are beautiful, though they can get a bit crowded because it's summer.

The tourist season may bring sudden rain showers, so remember to bring a raincoat or umbrella.

We booked two rooms, and the receptionist, Ms. Ha Thu, recommended a small beer bar on the 8th floor (I don't remember the exact floor number), where we could watch fireworks or admire the moon. Always ask the hotel reception when visiting unfamiliar places. Thank you very much, Ms. Ha Thu.

The place is right in the center and the staff are super welcoming, everything's great. Probably one of the best hostels in Cat Ba, the dorms are really well-kept and they even have a rooftop bar, which is cool. Overall, I really liked my short stay there.

air conditioning unit is very dirty, can be a cause of Legionnaires' disease . Bathroom needs a better clean, cleaners are very lazy.
