Comfy Condos at Middle River Apt 2

Bathroom could have been cleaner, bed was small

Cleanliness comfortable quiet peaceful

Found nothing to dislike

The privacy, the quiet neighborhood, we feel right at home every time we book this room.

The wall under the bedroom air conditioner is cracking and brown. I didn’t like that the air conditioner remote control didn’t work, and the TV was buffering a lot

Location

Old dirty sofa you would hit the bottom when you sit on it!, nonfunctional oven, two burners not working out of 4! One and only outlet in the kitchen out of order. And roaches!!

Property wasn’t ready at the time of check in. Batteries in automatic lock were dead so I had to buy new one and replace them.

Great place, close to everything, The manager, always pick up the phone and was really helpful and kind.

Everything thing was great again!!

I think the price was a little overboard compared to my last stay, but I understand because it was spring break and prices go up around that time

The room itself is good! I like the location, it's not super close to the fun places but it's a pleasure to walk around the neighbors. I found some grocery stores nearby and some restaurants within 25 min walk.

I think the cleaning can be done better. The sofa bed is stained, and I had to wipe the table myself. There was only half a roll of kitchen wipes for our 3-days stay. I think it's better to have some replenishment. Didn't find the coffee filter.
