Luxury villa w private heated pool

I loved all of it!! The house was amazing, and big enough for all of us. The pool area was great, and boy did we put it to use!! The property itself was just simply beautiful, peaceful, and serene.

I have NO complaints, the property was great!

The location to everything was nice

The only issue was alot of traffic to get to locations

That the pool wasn't heated anophe on day 2

Everything was great! The Villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean, the only reason I wouldn't give a 10 rating is I paid the $140 fee to heat the pool I message management informing them that I wanted heat for the pool and paid the $140 fee the week before we arrived because I knew my kids were excited about the pool and with it being early March I knew we would need the heated pool. We arrived Monday evening and the pool was cold, I message management and they told me what to do, it started getting warm Thursday evening which was yesterday, now it's check out day, my kids got to play last night in the pool and that's it. I'm hoping I will get refunded the $140.00 I will post back and update if I did or didn't. I surely hope so!

Very clean, more than plenty of room, closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed

No bathing soap and hand washing liquid available. Having to pay for the Hot Tub to be heated when that’s the sole purpose of a hot tub.
