Unusable swimming pool lack of linen towels old and holed property in need of freshen up mismatched crockery all in all rather shabby not worth the price we paid.

19th June – 3rd July 2023 This property is part of a gated residential community, not a resort in the true sense of the meaning. Prospective guests should request to see the actual community rules before making a booking as they can be considered very restrictive particularly if you are taking children The property was adequate for our stay. The two bathrooms and kitchen are tired and in need of refurbishing or at least updating. Evident by numerous examples The property does not have air conditioning but one mobile fan is provided An unreasonable resident had an issue with us using more than one parasol with two sun beds. On our arrival Sun Property indicated that on departure if there were no guests arriving we would have the use of the site and property until our taxi pick up at 4:00pm.If guests were arriving we would have to vacate the property at 11:00am leaving the keys to the property and site within the property; but we could remain on site. At that time we considered this fair and helpful. The resulting circumstances did not pan out as anticipated. The day before our departure Sun Property informed us that we had to vacate the property by 11:00am leaving the keys within the property as stated. This would mean that we had no means of exit. We were told we should leave with one of us holding the site access gate open while the other put the keys within the property and then leave together. Effectively locking us outside the property for a 5 hour wait for our taxi. Unanswered text messages and telephone calls confirmed for us that Sun Property was not interested in our appeals for help. A second site access gate key would resolve this issue which could be posted in the mailbox of the holiday property on exiting the site.
