1. We appreciate that you do not smoke inside the apartment. We ask for respect for the guests who have to come and who are nonsmokers. 2. Ashtrays must be used. Do not use cups and glasses to leave cigaret butts. 3. Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment. This will be grounds for immediate cancelation of the reservation. 4. Parties or group or mass celebrations are NOT allowed. 5. We ask for respect for the neighbors and not to generate excessive noise. 6. If you stay more than 7 nights, you will be given clean towels and sheets. 7. The washing machine is free for stays of more than 7 days. For stays of fewer days, €5 will be charged per washing machine. 8. We ask that you fill out the form with the mandatory personal data according to current legislation. Failure to complete this form may result in you not being able to check-in. Thank you for your understanding. 9. A deposit of €50 per stay is required. If the space is left in good condition, the amount will be refunded at check-out. 10. Please ask for anything you may need.
