the living area was good but the bed in the second room was not comfortable at all

the bathroom was below standard.Low water pressure , Non functional shower door

the noise level from other units was too loud

Everything, rooms were clean and enough space for my family, we enjoy the roof top pool as well

Everything was perfect 👌

The service was excellent and convenient. The network was operating well. The place was peaceful.

There wasn't a swimming pool and cleaning services were not included in the package which doesn't make sense to me honestly.

Security saw me walking around looking for how to access the flatlet, but didnt come out to assist until after I messaged the host.It was a very small flatlet. There were lots of spiders in the flat and the flatlet could of had a good clean prior to our arrival. Throws on the bed were dirty as tho they were used as a picnic blanket. Linen didnt smell fresh and clean. You couldn't open the blinds as the other flats from above could look into the flatlet from outside. When it rains the stairways get wet and are slippery. Not kid friendly.Upon entry and arrival, there was only one security guard and he had to scan each car in and out and the wait was ridiculously long. That was most frustrating! Luckily we were just staying for 1 night.

Place was good but very bad communication.

Linen and towels never change expected to do it to done by our own expense
