If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. 1. All parties and special events must obtain prior approval from management. Additional fees may apply. 2. Smoking of any kind within the unit is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a $350 fine added to your bill, including medical marijuana use. 3. The use of candles or open flames in the unit is prohibited. 4. Please refrain from flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. 5. Only registered guests are permitted on the property without management’s consent. 6. Individuals under the age of 21 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to stay in the unit. 7. Minors are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol or smoking on the property. Any violation will result in management contacting the police and terminating your stay without a refund. 8. Please ensure the removal of all debris from the decks, such as cups, cans, bottles, cigarette butts, and any other litter. 9. During warm weather, avoid setting the thermostats lower than 70 degrees. Also, ensure the setting is on “Auto” to prevent condenser freezing. 10. Above all, please be considerate of our neighbors. 11. No loitering, smoking, drinking, or creating disturbances in the front of the property. 12. Please inform us if you require additional towels. 13. No loud music is allowed inside or outside the property after 10 p.m. The City of Chicago enforces a noise ordinance stating “No excessive noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.” If the neighbors complain and the police are called, there will only be one warning from management. Management reserves the right to terminate the remainder of your stay with no refund. A deposit may be required at the property.
