Sugar Beach Resort, #414^ 1 Bedroom Condo by RedAwning

We had a very pleasant stay. Communication with management was great. Always got a quick response. Room had a nice view for whale watching. Beach was walkable for about a mile in each direction.

The condo was absolutely disgusting. Black mold. Dirty bedding. Bathroom was moldy and super dirty. Been staying at Sugar Beach for years. This was the first time I actually cried after I opened the door. We never received any help from Maui Condo and Homes LLC.

The view from our 5th room was amazing and made up for any minor nuisances. The exterior was dated and the entry door needed paint. The trash chute smelled too much and the parking spaces too skinny. The pool and beach were excellent.

The beach is so nice - clean and accessible to the property. Laundry in each unit is so nice, as is the full kitchen. The pool is kept clean and neat.

It was great being able to walk out of the condo and on to the beach. Beach was good also. Pool and hot tub were good. Parking was a pain. Might be 6” between cars. Property is a little tired, but not a denaturant to stay there.

Nice condo on a great beach for walking. snorkeling possible on calm days Dogs were present (barking and walking) though supposed to be pet free. Lounge chairs in need of repair/updating

Great location right on the beach - also centrally located on the island. Shopping was conveniently located within a few minute drive. Plenty of restaurants near by. Onsite activities were plentiful with snorkeling equipment and body boards available to rent on site. Would definitely return in the future

The view from our rental was amazing. It was very nice, so close to the beach.

The view was the best I could have imagined. The king bed was comfortable excepting for the troughs on each side and hill in the middle. Memory foam needs rotating or flipped?

We loved this unit right on Sugar beach! It was slightly dated but that didn’t take away from our time. The activities office on site helped is schedule a surf lesson-surfing was a highlight of our trip! This condo is conveniently located for sight seeing around the island.
