Direkt an der Wohnung werden neue Gebäude komplexe gebaut, dadurch hat man auf dem Balkon morgens und mittags immer den Baustellen Lärm

The appartment was very modern with great views to the sea

Only 1 set of sheets for a 2 week stay .The TV had very limited channels unless you downloaded apps.No welcome pack and no instructions for appliances.

Ich bin in über 53 Ländern gereist und seit 22 Jahren Booking.com-Nutzer – das hier ist meine erste negative Bewertung. Schon am ersten Tag reichte das Warmwasser nicht einmal für zwei Personen. Nach mehreren Meldungen kam nach vier Tagen jemand vorbei. Die defekte Duschtür knarrt laut, das Garagentor blockierte – wir saßen 40 Minuten fest. Hilfe wurde stets in „10 Minuten“ versprochen, kam aber spät oder gar nicht. Der Balkonblick: eine laute Baustelle. Der Müllraum: chaotisch. Der Vermieter: freundlich, aber mit Standardfloskel „Alles ist perfekt“ – statt echter Hilfe. Nach sechs Tagen haben wir resigniert. Mit Baby, Zeitdruck und fehlender Unterstützung wurde aus Urlaub leider Stress.

The apartment has an excellent location—close to shops, a shopping mall, cafes, the promenade, and the ocean. The place itself is brand new, with quality furniture, a nice shower, and a good TV. The parking space is also spacious, which is a big plus.

However, there were some downsides. Communication with the hosts was weak. The pillows in the main bedroom were too firm and uncomfortable, and there wasn’t an extra pillow for the third guest. The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking some basic cooking essentials. There was no cooking oil and baking paper, which meant every new guest had to buy these items from scratch—something that should really be provided. The biggest issue was the bright light from the shopping mall’s billboards, shining directly into the bedroom window. There were only blinds, which meant the window was either fully open to the light or completely shut, which makes waking up in the morning uncomfortable. Additionally, the view from the apartment was spoiled by a large construction site, where work was constantly ongoing and won’t stop even in a year or two as the scale is huge.

Wspaniały pobyt, cudowne miejsce. Super lokalizacja. Kontakt z gospodarzami wzorowy. Już tęsknimy i mamy nadzieję kiedyś wrócić. Zdecydowanie warto!

Bardzo udany pobyt i świetna lokalizacja. Czysto w środku i obsługa bezproblemowa. Budynek w którym mieści się apartament jest nowiutki. Jeśli szukasz obiektu w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji czyli dużo płaskiego terenu w okolicy (Madera jest górzysta), sklepów, piekarni w pobliżu oraz dobrej bazy wypadowej to nie musisz się zastanawiać. Wszystko TOP i aż smutno się pisze komentarz że ten czas tak szybko minął.
