West Lyn Farm Bed & Breakfast

Breakfast was cooked beautifully. The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in. Astley made us fell like we were visiting a friend. Everything from the china to the bedding was top quality.

Astley, the host, was very kind, friendly and helpful. She helped us arrange our plans for every day of our stay, so we had a chance to visit best local places. The house was also lovely, very homely and clean with beautiful decor. Farm is located on a hill so we would wake up to sea views. ❤️ Astley also has two wonderful dogs that kept us company at breakfast time. All in all, we loved our stay!

The Farm is beautiful, peaceful and with the most wonderful views. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Greeted on arrival with a warm welcome with tea and cake on the terrace. Really just felt like home! The room was beautiful with views across the landscape to the sea beyond. All the furnishings were perfect even the towels were lovely and big and soft. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Astley is an amazing hostess, so natural and welcoming. We really can't recommend West Lynn Farm highly enough....just a wonderful stay.

There was nothing we didn't like. We were sad to leave! Really nothing that we felt we would change.

Astley is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and the dogs are adorable. Lovely view from our room and beautiful walks right on the doorstep. Spacious, warm room and comfy bed. Hope to be back next year. Anna & John

It’s not ours!

The location was perfect for us, it was quiet with stunning views of the countryside and sea. The extremely welcoming host (Astley) who made feel right at home and was very attentive and makes a wonderful breakfast. The quality of home decor and furnishing within our room was top notch as was the beautiful en suite

Superb peaceful and rural location and very comfortable room with everything you could need. Great views across to the valley and coast. Astley was a very attentive host, keen to offer suggestions for things to do and places to see. Excellent breakfast too. Handy to have a friendly pub serving good meals within walking distance from the B&B.
