Appartamento perfetto!! Molto grande e accogliente, dotato di ogni comfort. A due passi dal bellissimo centro! Check in molto comodo, spiegazione dettagliata.

Consiglio: Sarebbe utile mettere una spiegazione per l'utilizzo delle tv, per i clienti giovani è scontato ma per clienti un po meno tecnologici è complicato.. Altro consiglio sarebbe magari utile una spiegazione più dettagliata per resettare il box chiavi durante il check out

"Siamo stati bene."

La posizione ottima e dimensioni dell'appartamento.

La pulizia delle scale esterne inesistente. Pulizia casa mediocre. TV solo nelle camere ( era meglio anche una ma nel soggiono) e prive di canali da vedere se non solo tramite internet..e mancanza di un divanetto.

Great location, walk to main part of town, stores etc. Very spacious.

It was cold at night. and there were no additional blankets available and not possible to turn heat on. 2nd floor walk up, no elevator.

"Make sure they have fitted a new boiler before staying here"

Location was excellent In the centre of Mantova near to the main squares and the cathedral

There was a problem with the boiler so we didn’t have any hot water, had to have cold showers etc despite the agent coming out to fix it the boiler was very old and needed replacing and a potential danger to visitors. We negotiated compensation with the owner but it never arrived so very disappointed.
