"Excellent apartment, customer service needs to be improved"

Excellent location, right in the city center, the apartment is clean and spacious

It is very difficult to find parking, they only require a video for problems in the apartment (we had a blockage in the toilet that they didn't come to fix unless we sent a video). The entrance and elevator are very outdated.

Just loved this apartment on Calea Victoriei. Close to theatres, cafés and flagship stores. Apartment was spotless, WiFi was great for work, Smart TV in lounge, and air-con in both bedrooms. Kitchen fully kitted for long stays. Steps from transport, high-street shopping and cultural sites.
