Great location, great space, just beautiful

Place is super cozy and clean, perfectly located in the heart of the city. The host was helpful and reachable.

Only downside is the forth floor without elevator, but that does help digest better all the amazing food around :)

we really had a problem with the heating, it was cold 17 degrees mostly we come from a warm climate so it was not easy to handle. The host did her best via WhatsApp but I think there was something wrong with the thermostat. It was New Years eve so I did not want to bother the host.

Excellent central location and a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Check in was easy.

We liked everything but you do need to be comfortable with stairs to get to the apartment.

Couldn't be in a better location. Near the main hub but overlooks a very small square so peaceful at night. History, food, drink, and shopping on the doorstep. Taxis nearby. Perfect size property with lots of character and everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Excellent communication before assuring the stay with some helpful tips. Thanks to Camilla and Grazia. Also, the taxi from the airport is reasonably priced and the easiest option.

The location! Situated just off a very small, quiet piazza right in the center of town, the location of this property couldn't be better. Easy to walk everywhere with a bus stop just around the corner, close to fabulous places to eat, and food shops with all the gourmet delights of Bologna. The apartment was just the right size, nice and airy - could get a little warm during the day but nothing to complain about. And - if you really want, there is air conditioning!!!

On the 5th floor! Part of the charm - good exercise to work off a tiny part of the gastronomic intake! Otherwise, it's very hard to think of anything to complain about - there really isn't!!
