Villetta in una zona tranquilla di Corralejo, accogliente e dotata di tutti i servizi, supermercati e un ristorante a 5/10 minuti a piedi.

La strada che porta all'ingresso della villetta è un po' stretta e fare manovra non è semplicissimo.La zona del giardino è circondata da altre cose e non c'è molta privacy

Habría pocas cosas que señalaría de las que me gustara. Lugar a desmano de todo y...

La vivienda no estaba limpia. El sofá del salón estaba cubierto con una funda vieja y rota. Las camas no estaban vestidas con sus sabanas bajeras. Faltaban toallas de baño. Falta de menaje de cocina, por no haber no había ni una cafetera. Vamos un desastre. Tras comunicar todas las incidencias y perder prácticamente el día de llegada con la consiguiente frustración y tras comunicar con la central y exponer todo lo relatado, NOS OFRECIERON POR LOS INCOVENIENTES Y FRUSTRACIÓN QUE NOS DEVOLVERÍA EL 20% DE LA ESTANCIA. Aún estamos esperando la devolución después de comunicar en numerosas ocasiones vía telefónica y por WhatsApp para que procedieran a lo pactado. A día de hoy 31 de julio aún no nos han devuelto el 20% que nos ofrecieron por todos los inconvenientes y frustración y entramos el pasado 2 de mayo... Por último indicar que el trato recibido desde la central no fue el correcto con algunos de los empleados. De todo lo relatado tengo fotografías y comunicación vía WhatsApp con "Hosticasa properties" PD. He contratado a través de Booking en otras muchas ocasiones y es la primera vez que sufro este atropello. Traspongo aquí los dos últimos mensajes vía WhatsApp con la operadora. 22 de mayo. YO Buenos días. Cuándo procederán a la devolución del 20 % indicado de fecha 2 de mayo? Respuesta de Hosticasa Properties. Hola, Tenga en cuenta que el proceso de devolución puede tardar has 14 días hábiles dependiendo de su entidad bancaria. Además, el tema relacionado con la devolución del 20% lo está gestionando directamente nuestro departamento de contabilidad. Gracias por su paciencia, si necesita cualquier otra información, no dude en contactarnos. Un saludo, El equipo de Horticasa. Ya no han vuelto a ponerse en contacto conmigo y me he dirigido a ellos tanto telefónicamente como vía whastApp y aún sigo esperando el 20% ofrecido por ellos.

Really nice property, well equipped .. good shower and comfy beds, 30 minutes walk to centre with bars on the way .. taxi ride 9 euro .. supermarkets within walking distance.. good internet ..
