Lemon 2 Sea Side Apartment, Nikiti

A cute, bright, and clean apartment just at a hand from the seaside. It has also a beautiful partial sea view. The kitchen is well equipped. Many cats around. There is a parking lot just in front of the house. We had a good communication with the host.

The two small beds were quite creaky

A lot of cats that sleep everywhere even on your outside table. Ants in the apt. Could use a dishwasher. For parking I had to trim large cane in front to be able to park on the designated place and to prevent it from scratching the car. Though it has a manager that contacts your and who is super helpful it seams the owners live on the plot right next to the building. The path to the sea leads you between two plots in front of the sea. The owners elderly parents live there also who regularly take full on naked showers in their garden by the path you need to get down to the beach. We were there with kids so its was quite an unpleasant experience having to walk by them during their showering routine.

Nice quite street, 20 m from a beach (but not a good beach) and 15 min walk from the main street with the restaurants and shops. Green backyard makes it pleasant to spend time on the veranda outside, have coffee or dinner.

Unfortunately, the house has a bunch of small but annoying issues - the mattresses are extremely screechy and the noise they make when you move at night is to the point where it wakes you up. The doors are all in terrible condition - the front door is very hard to close, the bedroom door locked on us and we had to use the terrace to go around and into the house, the bathroom door handle fell off on the first day, also very noisy to close the doors. The toilet was overflowing. One of the knifes fell apart and almost cut my hand.

The apartment is nice, clean, spacious and comfortable, especially the sofa bed. Beach is very close, it is not particularly beautifull, but it is quite private. There was a crib for a baby, that was important to us. They were very flexible about both check in and check out.

Pictures may suggest that it is a house next to the sea, but it is not. There is another house in front of this, so you only have side view of the see from the living room. There was no hot water when we arrived, and door nob of the bathroom door was not working.
