This was utterly gorgeous, never had a flat like this. And it's even better than in the photos as there are two sofas in the sitting room now. Modern bathroom and no temperamental shower or clogged drains , vast bedroom, stunning decor, tasteful interior, I could have stayed for ages! Also have to mention the really helpful staff as I had problems to open the front door, thanks again for that splendid support

Although the flat was quite proper the floors could have done with a nice sweep & wash but I could cope with that as I was busy to adore the walls and ceilings with their magnificent adornments ;)

Some of the window shutters didn’t shut properly. Got too hot at night but couldn’t turn temperature down.

The apartment was clean, modern, and nicely designed. The location was very good and convenient for exploring the city. The facilities inside the apartment were overall comfortable and satisfactory. There is no lift in the building, so you need to carry your luggage upstairs yourself, but for us this was manageable and not a major issue.

The biggest issue was the ongoing construction work directly behind the apartment. The noise started extremely early every morning (around 5:30 AM), making it impossible to properly sleep or relax during the stay. The workers were also located very close to the apartment windows, which caused a serious lack of privacy. We noticed earplugs beside the bed on arrival and later understood exactly why they were needed. Even after closing the windows and shades, the construction noise remained very loud and disturbing. We believe this issue should be clearly disclosed in the property advertisement so guests can make an informed decision before booking.

完全没有服务，缺少洗衣机，要求提供发票却迟迟不给。

Very roomy and comfortable. Location good.

Stairs to the top floor were a killer with heavy luggage. Bedside lamp not working. Tried contact number to report - no reply. Emailed prior to arrival to ask about leaving luggage early - no reply. Very poor.

Great layout, good location, clean and comfortable

The agreement required us to watch the dishes before we left. The dishwasher didn't work and we were only left with 1 towel and 1 sponge with no scrubber, drying rack or paper towels, which made it difficult to wash the dishes prior to leaving. The shower concept is also not practical with no barrier to water escape at the front of the shower, which resulted in the floor often being very wet. The stairs up to the apartment are also very unevenly spaced, so have to walk up with caution, though this was not a problem for us overall.
