Stay at The Point - Arabian Affair

The location and view was amazing

The bed sheets and duvets were extremely dirty , had marks on them the room wasn't ready at the time of check in shower door was broken . Chairs on the veranda were broken

The place was neat and true to its pictures .

The was a scent that was a bit in pleasant I don’t know whatever it’s wood or what kindly check that.

I liked almost everything about the place, close to UShaka Marine and also the beach. My family and I were over the moon.

Firstly, we were given a wrong pin code for the key. We struggled and got frustrated until we went back to the reception and given a number to call regarding that. We called and were given another pincode and we were told that we were given the wrong one. The other thing I didn't like was unpleasant smell in one of the toilet, urine smell. Lastly I think the host need to pay attention to the furniture in the lounge. The couches are badly torn and really need to be replaced.

Location is the best. Nice quiet area and our apartment was clean.our check in was seamless.everything was as advertised

The TV couldn't turn on and kept saying "weak signal" . There was no manual or instruction on how to turn it on.

I was impressed by the spacious rooms, the view, the modern furniture, and the convenience of being close to amenities. WiFi was accessible and working perfectly well, as were all the appliances. Secure parking and guarded

The shower curtain requires fixing, and there was a bit of odour in the kitchen area upon check-in.

This was one of the most uncomfortable raggedy place ever. The staff agent and security made it feel as if we were imprisoned. The facilities are horrible, first and last time I will never ever book in there again.
