Made me want to buy the property myself, the location was so ideal and it just felt at home from the entrance to the apartment it self, Nothing was out of place and the cleanness was up to my standards I would highly recommend

Great location for what I needed, good facilities, there's a Sainsbury's accross the road. I was here for nearly 2 weeks and the hosts were very accommodating with my requests and were always great communicating and sorting things out. I asked for a new pan and wok as the ones in apartment were rusted and it was no hassle, they sorted it next day. There was everything needed for a home away from home. The bed was so comfy too 😊

On arrival I had to clean the apartment myself as it had very obviously not been cleaned for some time. The hosts were great when I told them and refunded me some cash to compensate. The cleaning staff really let these guys down as that was probably the only real issue I had.

Parking was poor as the sites around the property were under construction so parking was very limited

Great location, Great apartment. We had everything we needed and all the instructions on how to arrive and leave.

The only downside for me was we didn’t have wifi we could access and the tv didn’t really work especially on certain apps so whether it was the connection or the tv we aren’t too sure.

It was clean and really nice. I enjoyed my time there.

Just needs a few touch ups but other than that it’s a new complex and very convenient to where you need to go in the city.

Staff Mr Ryan is very nice and extremely helpful. He provided me with solution immediately when I raised up my request. The check-in process was smooth and the location was easily found. The property looked the same as the pictures. It is a new build home with full range of facilities including the oven, microwave, washer, fridge, etc. The location is next to the Retail Park where I can buy daily necessities in the Sainsbury's without difficulties. Although I did not drive during my stay, I took a walk to the Deansgate Castlefield Tram Station which is a central point of all tramlines. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend others to book the property.

There was excellent heating and soundproofing, the property was very clean! The location was quite good as it was close to a retail park. The check in process was smooth. It’s a great property for a short getaway!

The microwave was not working, we didn’t have a dishwasher, and the location wasn’t a quiet area like I expected, especially in the mornings. For the price of the stay, it was big disappointing that these were left out
