Avoid this place at all costs. The photos shown online are completely misleading — the actual condition of Hotel Grace Residency is disgusting and unsafe. The entire hotel feels like a gutter. Rooms and washrooms are in pathetic condition, and the staff behaves rudely and aggressively. The place is filled with the smell of smoke, cigarette butts scattered everywhere, and zero cleanliness. Loud music and people shouting all night — it felt more like a shady club than a hotel. Absolutely not safe for families, kids, or even decent friends. We regretted checking in the moment we arrived. Scary, dirty, loud, unhygienic — a total nightmare. NEVER STAY HERE. You’ve been warned.

I liked there all weather pool and fitness centre. Rooms were big in size and very clean. you can freely roam around as it has lots of open area. Location is really good
