Good location to walk to the village and restaurants. Hummock on the balcony was a big plus for me. Nice gluten free options in the restaurant. Great breakfast included and $1 tequila shots!

Not enough shade outdoors in the afternoon- the only place you can hide from the burning sun is your room or balcony. The umbrellas are way too small. Smocking is allowed and many guests smoked in the restaurant and on their balconies which was not pleasant. Boat traffic makes it dangerous to swim to the reef

Dinner lunch menu would be nice with a few more finger foods like pizza and variety of different appetizers.

The views, the staff, the beautiful rooms , the pool, the kayaks, the bar / restaurant, the location. Did I say the staff is exceptional. Well they are.

The king size bed was two Small beds pushed together. Not very comfortable

The location was great, amazing views, the room was really comfortable and roomy. The included breakfasts were nice and good variety. The staff at Tequila Jacks were fantastic and the food was really good there. Bed was very comfortable. The road to the hotel that some people claimed was terrible was really not that bad. Just use your phones flashlight if you need.

I wouldn’t use the hotel to arrange transportation or excursions. They were very overpriced. We asked if they could arrange us a water taxi and it was double the price than if we walked to the water taxi dock. We arranged a snorkel excursion for two hours and it was only one. After arguing with the front desk staff that we shouldn’t be paying for the full price they finally got the boat to come back for our other hour. Heard many different stories on what went wrong, but we left with the feeling the front desk staff was getting a kickback and we were getting scammed. Get a taxi at the airport, much cheaper than the shuttle the hotel provides.

The staff was very friendly and it was very clean. We had a wonderful experience.

The road in front of the hotel is a disgrace. Get a truck load of gravel.
