"Value for money as very good location and easy to get around to get food, shops etc"

The host Evelyn was personally there to greet us upon check in and also during check out, thus it was a smooth checking in and out.

The public beach was not properly kept by the city council

1. Host Gary is efficient. 2. Location is excellent. 3. Facilities are well kept. 4. Cleanliness is optimum. 5. Low density neigbourhood. 6. Safety and security.

1. Celing fans should be changed. I was told previous tenants have been complaining the same but no action from the owner.
