Central Exclusive Apartments (Z44)

The apartment is literally in the center of the town, everything was near by. Super clean apartment. Host is incredible and getting into apartment was very easy.

the building looks old but the apartment is modern and with good facilities. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

There are only 2 towels and no additional duvets for the sofa bed while we are 4 as per the booking.

The location of the apartment is a plus but there are things that need to be changed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the worst quality that we have seen in any of the apartment we have booked through booking.com. This is something which booking needs to seriously look into before listing these apartments on their site. The walls were like paper thin. It clearly appeared that a single apartment was divided into three individual apartments for the purpose of renting and the noice issue was a result of this. Plus the apartment black and a clear guideline at the entrance that the apartment in that building block were not to be used as holiday lets. So the owner was clearly violating these guidelines and why didn’t booking.com verify this before listing this place on their website. I expect booking to get back to us on this issue.

Very pleasant stay – highly recommend! The apartament is in a great location – everything you need is within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional, always ready to help. It’s a quiet place, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

Everything was great. The apartments was clean. It has all equipment for cooking, full screen smart TV, washing machine. It's close to railway station and other city transport. There were a lack of towels in the kitchen and bad noise isolation between apartments.
