The property is nothing like advertised. Not worthy of a score of 10.

The highlight of our travel-trip in north-Italy. It is calm, you get everything you need and the owners care very very much about your comfort and happiness. It soothes you, the bed is comfortable, the coffee is tasty and the surroundings are part of the Italian family that lives there. Don't expect something fancy, expect something warm, welcoming and enjoy - you will not regret it.

Great apartment in a very quiet location. Well equipped with a great self serve breakfast. Host is outgoing and is definitely recommended.

The apartment is a little off the Via Francigena but quite easy to get back.

Beautiful location and attention to detail with the apartment was outstanding. Apartment has everything you could need and the hosts had stocked up on food which was a lovely surprise. Very comfortable bed and welcoming clean presentation. Nothing more to ask for really! And the hosts themselves were very kind and helpful - only shame was my lack of Italian, as I would have liked to have got to know them better :)

Nothing really - although I’m a light sleeper and barking dogs in the night caused me to use my my earplugs after which I slept soundly!
