Lovely property for visit to Bali for a wedding relaxing clean and comfortable. Great coffee shop opposite. Be prepared to take taxis / cars& mopeds if heading out.

Big property, lots of space, nice and natural garden. Really nice to relax.

During the day the street close by is quite noisy

Successful planning and zoning, really equipped kitchen (what is rather rare for the overall island), good pool, helpful staff Own private and really safe parking for two cars Very good lighting of all common areas Very good location, you will have lots of cafe and shops 2-3 min drive. Couple of good ones even accessable by foot. Any Bukit beach is 10-20 min drive

Too much noise from the road, which lasts the whole day and night. This is perhaps the biggest disadvantage No air conditioning in the kitchen and living room Millions of mosquitos, what makes almost impossible to sit in the fresh air in the morning and evening Bad smell from all towels and bed sheets (we gave our clothes to the laundary service through villa staff as well, recieved them back with the same terrible smelly Wardrobes or shelves not in all rooms. One of the bedrooms was without any storage system at all All doors were realy in bad conditions. One of the bedroom was possible to close only with some tricks performed with the door. The same with the doors to bathrooms. All of them are wooden and have dried out due to high humidity and heat

We loved that the property was extremely clean and the staff were so friendly. The villa is beautiful and the pool is amazing. Its very nice to sit in the garden to relax. The kitchen has everything, but a tip: there is a very cute little cafe on the opposite of the street were you can get a nice coffee and breakfast. We found the villa in real life cozier and more like “home” than how we saw it on the pictures. We did read about the noise complaints in other reviews, and yes the street next to the villa is busy, however to us it didn’t matter that much. Overall our stay in the villa was amazing and we’d definitely would love to come back to this beautiful place. P.S. extra appreciation for the staff, they are so helpful and friendly, they really try to make your stay better in any way possible. 🫶🏼

Loved the Villa! Was very open and very big rooms! We loved the pool!

Communication with our cleaner was very minimal and a little difficult. We would have like it if the villa contained some information about the area The location wasn’t the greatest because it was extremely noisy to the point we woke up a few times in the middle of the night from very loud bangs - possibly from cars backfiring It’s such a shame because it’s an awesome villa! We also had an issue with the water that was supplied. The water wouldn’t come out cold. The hosts did try to rectify this and fix it but it didn’t do much so they did supply us with bottles of water. However once that supply had run out they only put one big bottle of water in the fridge and that was it.
