The house is well located, just a short walk from the city center and the beaches. The building has a private swimming pool, which is of excellent quality. The house is modern, well decorated, and in excellent condition.

The house is located on a ground floor level with the street, which is quite busy. The living room balcony faces directly onto the parking area, completely compromising privacy. Even with the curtains closed, the inside of the house is still visible from the street. Be prepared to sit on the sofa while someone parking their car looks straight at you. What bothered us the most was that the house has a balcony — something that would normally be a positive feature — but we couldn’t really use it. Stepping out onto the balcony feels like you’re standing right in the middle of the parking lot, surrounded by cars and stares. Any sense of enjoying an outdoor space is completely lost. As for the amenities, it’s clear the owners are cutting costs on everything. There’s no dishwashing liquid, no shower gel, no shampoo, no coffee pods, no cloth for cleaning the kitchen counters, and the sponge provided was already used. The bed was made with only a single sheet — we had to wash a bedspread we found in the closet. Only two pillows with a pillowcase were provided; the others in the closet had no covers. There were no clothespins for hanging clothes, no extra towels, no trash bags, and the toilet paper had to be rationed. For cleaning, only an old broom was available. There wasn’t even a baking dish for the oven. It really feels like the owners are trying to save on absolutely everything, to the point where a simple kitchen cloth or dish soap seems like an unnecessary luxury.

Spacious and very clean apartment. It has everything you need. Beautiful decoration and comfortable bed.. Highly recommend it!

I haven't paid attention that the apartment is actually situated on the ground floor.

Modernt, rent och fräscht, kändes som hemma och därför förlängde jag mitt boende med ytterligare fem dagar. Nära till allt!

Lite udda möblering men det går ju att möblera om. Balkongen ligger ”under” gatunivån men det finns en gemensam takterrass om man vill sola&bada.
