I had booked this property but on the day we were to arrive the owner phoned to say it wasn’t available due to water damage but he had another property close by, which I accepted at the same price.

It didn’t seem to be of the same advertised standard as the property I had booked. I think I overpaid for the quality of new property compared to the advertised I originally booked. Access via the tiny lift was limited. Floors were dirty. No cups for making hot drinks
