Navi B3 Brand New studio in Naousa

Property was spotless, very well equiped and kept with stunning sea views from my balcony. Host was extremely attentive and responding to all my needs asap. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Bathroom: showerrail and other appliances were dated and not in the best working order. Also the smell in the bathroom was very bad. Sadly the worst part were the Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom (despite not having any food in the apartment). Many appliances were badly installed leaving big gaps between the tiles and fixtures allowing i.e. cockroaches to travel - we filled them with toilet paper and closed the sinks, shower and floor wastes to contain this problem.

Cockroaches everywhere. No refund! Check in 8/8. On 4/8 I sent an email to the host to confirm that our room will not have any unexpected problems due to a bad review I read in booking.com. The host confirmed me that everything is fine. On 7/8 the host confirmed that we can self check in at any time of the day so we checked in at 22:30. We found at least 7 cockroaches as seen in the photos/videos. The host, who refused to come to the room immediately from Naoussa where he was (about 7 minutes drive) because he said he was tired, gave us 3 options: 1) to clean the room for us and stay in it the next day, staying elsewhere that particular night 2) to change buildings within Naoussa every day because there is no room available for continuous stay, 3) to call booking.com customer service to find us somewhere else to stay. I emphasize the rude behavior of the host as well as the fact that he thinks that the 3 solutions he offered were more than enough and that we should be happy that we would stay in rooms more expensive than the value of the room we had initially booked. The host repeatedly called me argumentative for my reaction to the incident and insisted that I shouldn't have such a strong reaction. The host refused to compensate us repeatedly after our requests as well as after booking.com’s request. It should be noted that booking.com cannot compensate us for the stay without host’s consent. We have received no compensation from the host. I have to mention his phrase: "I could if I wanted to treat you to a bottle at Barbarossa, but you're argumentative so I won't do it" as well as the phrase: "because you demand compensation instead of asking me if I can compensate you, I won't compensate you". This experience was absolutely terrible.

The room was very cozy and clean, and the location was perfect—just a 5-minute drive from the city center with our rental car. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The private parking space was very convenient. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of 2 bottles of water and a bottle of wine. The room was equipped with a coffee machine and capsules, which was a nice addition.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom however we stayed in 2 different places in Paros and we experienced the same issue, suggesting this might be a common issue on the island, likely due to older plumbing systems.

Superb studio near the town of Naousa in the north of the Island. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Good size tv & excellent kitchenette. Comfy bed & lovely terrace with seating area. Thanks for a great stay! See you in June.
