Quiet location. Plenty space .

Radiator broken in conservatory so it was freezing . Needed a full clean

The space and the facilities. This really was a Hideout Mansion. It was amazing.

The only thing was the pillows on the bed, but that’s a personal preference because we don’t like the fluffy pillows.

Everything fit a large family get together all u der one roof.

No washing machine or tumble dryer. Missed them with mucky grandkids.

Instructions provided upon booking. Accommodated requests and provided earlier check in and later check out. Really easy to locate. Hot tub was up to temp on arrival. Plenty of space and good facilities

Beds were creaky and not super comfortable. Could use a bit of TLC however that doesn’t take away from the overall experience.

A fantastic place for a large family group to unwind, lots of activities to suit everyone, hot tub, Bbq, outdoor heated space, pool table, darts, table tennis, loads of different balls for games in the large garden, TV, board games, beautiful dog walk in the woods behind the property. Close to Newcastle-upon-Tyne for uni drop off, and lots to do in the area. Hopefully we will return again.

Spacious bedrooms, plenty sitting areas indoors and out, well kitted kitchen and the hot tub.

It was stunning! What an amazing old house that had been beautifully renovated. We loved that the history still shone through. The garden was the highlight however. The space is just incredible. We were there as a group but we would equally have had a wonderful time with our families: there were so many little activities and hidden little spaces! The games room and pool table were a great addition and meant that we didn’t even notice the torrential rain one of the evenings. We all commented that the beds were very comfortable and sooooo spacious!

Absolutely nothing! We spent the weekend pinching ourselves that we’d found somewhere so amazing!
