Arrived late and came to know foreigners not allowed. During booking, no mention anywhere about foreigners. Poor arguements with reception staff. During booking, had to pay partial amount. Finally, had to cancel the stay. Now, dont know whether you receive your partial amount back. Poor, expensive solution was offered, which was dirty with dirty spots on towels. Overall hygiene was unacceptable at the expensive place. Receptionist was of low level.

Staff was nice and helpfull

I have to pay extra 2000 rs they told us that we did not accept online booking. You please claim your refund from booking.com and still we did not know we will get our refund back or not. Kindly help and refund our money asap.
