"Atrocious."

The location. The size of the bed. Nothing else

ITS HORRENDOUS! The price is way too high. There is no natural light or table in the room. The bathroom lock doesn’t work properly. In the kitchen, there is only 1 plastic chair, a tiny table, a basic stove. On 18/10/2023, Madrid had very heavy rain and water was leaking through the centre of the ceiling onto the bed. The next day the light fell and smashed on the floor next to me because of the damp damage. Then, to top it all off, they booked another hotel for me to stay at for one night as compensation while they get me a new mattress, and they told me they would pay me for the taxi ride there, but they are now ignoring me and will not refund me for the journey even though I have the receipt. There was a nice couple living in the flat already, but the place is not nice.
