"great location, outdated apartment with 1 small poor shower: WAY too small hotwater heater"

The location is excellent.

Shower/beds were badly outdated: The single shower in the large apartment was very small, not enough hot water for 4 people and overall tub/shower space not comfortable nor appropriate for the price. Beds not comfortable. Badly need to change mattresses. The shower is for, maybe, a very small couple. Not four people, much less more.
