The owner thought of everything! The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need for cooking. There are some seasonings provided. There’s a nice laundry room to use. The beds are very comfy. Pool table in the garage ( our family loved this!). Plenty of linens, including beach towels. Though we did bring our own beach chairs, cooler and tent, there are some available to use. The pool is amazing. We swam everyday, especially in the evening. Siesta key beach is 10 minutes away, beware parking is crazy during peak hours. We drove to Venice beach that was 30 minutes away and found sooo many awesome shells and sharks teeth. We had our snorkels with us for that purpose. Also, all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores are all around. We will be booking again!

The property was extremely clean. Decor is adorable. So many amenities that there was nothing that we needed. All the comforts of home were included in the unit. Location was great… a short drive to the beach and downtown. Pool and pool table was a great bonus. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was top notch. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely be back and rent again. I would move into this property just the way it is!
