"The host should be ashamed, instead they congratulate themselves on their fake service"

3.0

The location and view from the deck, although the deck itself was not clean. It has broken furniture, moldy wind breaks, bottles full of cigarette butts. Boxes of dirt or something that we weren't willing to find out more about.

On arrival the entire apartment was dirty, even though we arrived 3 hours after we were told we can arrive. Beds missing sheets, half made, hair all over the apartment, left over food in the fridge, half drunk alcohol, dishes in the drying rack, washing the washing machine, dirty floors, toilet that hasn't been flushed, broken blinds and curtain rail, faulty smoke detector, dirty walls, dirt under all the beds, inbetween the sofa cushions, and on the deck. The wifi is so terrible that it caused so much frustration we lost time trying to get it to work. The staff willingness to do anything regarding the reported problems was very low priority.
