The building looks pretty cool

The room was covered in someone else's hair, there was blood on the mattress topper (seen though the sheet) The cleaners have done nothing other than change the sheets and towels then gapped it. The bed was far from hotel quality. I emailed and the kings and queens manager called me and has sorted it out for me, which is good. You guys should really check the rooms after cleaners have swept through
