1. cleanliness VERY BAD - TOILET TOO DIRTY IS LIKE NEVER CLEAN (PUBLIC TOILET LEVEL), BEDSHEET IS LIKE NOT CHANGE, FLOORING WAS BROKEN AND SMELL BAD, WARDROBE WAS BROKEN AND SMELL AND HAVE DROPPING OF COCKROACH, BROKEN LAMP (ASK THE RECEPTION TO CHANGE HE GAVE A "STUPID" REASON...NO LAMP!!! 2. receptionist VERY BAD ATTITUDE (a guy)...- PLAYING GAME ALL THE TIME AND NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTION WHEN I ASK ABOUT THE LAMP, CLEANLINESS, etc 3. "take off shoes" before up to the room....that is VERY FUNNY...and shoes area SO SMELLY !!!!! 4. THERE IS ONE SHABBY MATTRESS INFRONT OF THE DOOR...LIKE A BANGLA ROOM........ 5. PLUG BIEHIND THE WARDROBE...WHAT A JOKE!!!
