Couch is old and shower too small

The rooms we perfect and clean and it's felt like home.

Ther is no noe around if you have a problem

The shower water flowed like a river onto the bathroom floor wetting mats and had to use up towels supplied to soak up the water. There was black mold on the ceiling The check in process is ridiculous....and pretentious gives impression that accommodation is top class but far from this...the accommodation is just a glorified flat The pictures on booking..com is misleading as it alludes to the unit opening up onto the pool entertainment areas but this is a huge lie as these facilities are communal on the roof top and not private at all. Glass top stove was cracked and it made me nervous like I was to blame...wasn't comfortable cooking There was glass pieces under the TV cabinet which was a clear indication that the flat was not cleaned after previous occupants The main bedroom duvet had a significant blood spot which was disgusting and embarrassing to say the least The TV did not connect to the wifi easily and kept disconnecting The DSTV said account is blocked due to payment...this is shocking considering the location being ZIMBALI LAKES!!! The pool / entertainment area had limited seating considering the fact that it was communal No shelter from rain or sun...therefore no value for money spent Was highly disappointed 😞 definitely not recommending to family and friends 😕

Neat and clean Quite place to be

The location is good and very easy to find. Our hoster Thuli was very kind to us I like her.

If cleaner can clean properly , we found the hairs all over the place. Even the dishes are not washed properly. They have lipstick.

The apartment is very clean and neat. The rooftop pool is lovely.The security is top notch. However They should provide a temporary pass for visitors after registration. Thuli is very helpful and assisted very kindly.

The apartment is situated next to the highway, which is extremely loud and noisy with supercars and Superbikes travelling. The neighbors or residents did not respect or adhere to quiet times. They were Very loud even late at night as well as very early hours of the morning. You are not allowed access to other facilities within the area without a code.
